Ingredients:
- 1 T raw honey
- 1 medium size banana
- 1 T Carrington Farms’ Milled Flax Seed
- 2 T Peanut Butter ( I love to make my smoothie with the crunchy peanut butter)
- 1 T Cocoa Powder
- 1 Scoop Carrington Farms’ Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Directions:
Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
